THE HALL OF RESPECT OPEN APRIL 4TH!

With the inductions of first ever ACW
Champion, SE7EN.. and the Legendary Dr. Death Steve Williams, The ACW Hall of
Respect quickly became a pedestal for wrestling icons in Asylum Wrestling. On
Saturday April 4th, 2009, The Hall is being expanded to include FOUR of the
biggest names in ACW history.
With 23 titles held between them, and countless memories and moments created by
them, these four inductees are the very reason why The Hall of Respect exists.
While some of these names are no-brainers for long time ACW fans and staff, one
name added by JEREMY QUINN himself might prove to be controversial indeed.
BRANDON BISHOP

No one is sure as to WHY JEREMY QUINN is set on inducting ACW founder BRANDON
BISHOP into the Hall, but he has personally scheduled it to take place. Maybe
QUINN's going to give BISHOP his one last time to say goodbye to the ACW fans,
and ACW crew. Or maybe he has something a little more sinister up his sleeves.
Either way BRANDON BISHOP certainly belongs in the Hall of Respect. He founded
ACW, he's a two time former ACW Champion, and 3x former Tag Team Champion in
ACW, and every major happening in ACW history to this day, has happened to, by,
with or around BISHOP. whether this is legit or not, we will welcome BISHOP into
the place where he belongs...

The Irish Phenom JOHN O'MALLEY has been ranked the Number One wrestler in ACW
History, and there have been hundreds to step foot in that ring. A 2x Former
Heavyweight Champion, a 3x former Tag Champion, and a record tying (With LIL
JOE) 7x Institutional Champion. Also John was the former ACW Commissioner for
many years, and a name on the roster since the very beginning back in 2002 in
Lawton, OK.
If you were to scan the rosters present and past, you cannot find a name that
belongs in The ACW Hall of Respect more than JOHN O'MALLEY, and it will be a
pleasure to finally have him inducted on April 4th.

He's been called menacing, brutal, insane,
unpredictable, unmatched, and he been called the ACW Champion on two occasions.
He held the tag titles in 2003 along side BRANDON BISHOP, and never fails to
earn and keep a top spot in any promotion wherever he goes. ANGEL WILLIAMS has
easily been the most intimidating and respected names in the history of ACW, and
whether the fans cheered him, or hated him, they were in AWE of him. When ANGEL
was in the ACW ring, we had credibility and granted our fans wishes for the very
best in Indy wrestling. ANGEL will finally get the respect he has earned, in The
ACW Hall of Respect...

The ONLY 3x Time ACW Heavyweight Champion in our lineage. CHRIS MATTHEWS was power personified, as not many could match his strength and pure ability to just physically dominate his opponents. For most of his ACW tenure he was along side the very much hated PAYTON SCOTT. The two of them combined were a force that reigned over Asylum Wrestling, and made life beyond difficult for other names like BRANDON BISHOP, JOHN O'MALEY and ANGEL WILLIAMS... Should be interesting to see them all in the same place after so many years... I'm sure there are hatchets buried all over Oklahoma and Texas... Or are there?
